She is the founder of Millicent Sweeting Consulting, where she shares strategies for building meaningful relationships with students to improve behavior and academic performance. Dr. Sweeting’s approach emphasizes personalized interactions, consistent support, and valuing student skills to create a conducive learning environment. She has authored the book 7 Keys to Build Relationships With At-Risk Students, offering practical tools for educators to connect with and empower their students.
